The Recording Academy is now accepting applications from incoming college juniors and seniors interested in pursuing a career in the music industry for the inaugural Quinn Coleman Scholarship. Created in partnership with the GRAMMY Museum, the scholarship is designed to elevate a new generation of Black music creators through a financial scholarship and career development program for college students. Five students will receive a $1,000 tuition scholarship, two $250 book/ equipment stipends, a $500 interview prep stipend, a Recording Academy internship for the Spring 2023 semester, and the opportunity to participate in a 6-week immersive program focusing on emotional and financial wellness.
Applications must be submitted by Friday, Oct. 7, 2022 to be considered.
